  • 3% pay increases on October 1st, 2026 and October 1st, 2027

“This contract is representative of tremendous efforts to make equity, livability, and transparency cornerstones of Central City Concern's employment practices. An internal minimum wage, step scale, and improvements to base pay and differentials will go a long way to ensuring that we, the workers of Central City Concern, can afford to continue doing the work that we love for an organization that we respect” said Chuck Kornbrodt, an Employment Specialist at CCC and member of the bargaining team.
