AFSCME Local 2746

Local 2746 is a union in Caltsop County, Oregon. We represent pulic employees and non-profit employees, and our office is in the Astoria Labor Temple.

At the local level, we are composed of a main local and 4 sub-locals – Clatsop County Courthouse/Roads (L2746), Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare (L2746-2), NW Community Alliance   (L2746-3), City Of Warrenton (L2746-5), and Clatsop County District Attorneys (L2746-6). Each sub-local has it’s own contract and chapter chairperson, but we share the same Leadership team, constitution, and policies.

At the international level, our union is a member of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) and, at the State level, we are one of the 172 locals that make up AFSCME Council 75. We are affiliated with the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO), a national trade union center and the largest federation of unions in the United States.
